"First time I've had a heat pump, always having the old vented style and not overly impressed. Nothing ever seems to come out dry. So have to put on radiators to dry or keep on putting on another programme. I wasn't sure if i could have a vented tumble when utility was finished so went with this, wish i had waited. I love its big drum and the light comes on inside when finished and no ugly vent but wish it would dry better! Luckily I don't tumble everything."

"It's well built stylish , quiet and dries in half the time of the John Lewis product that I had before. A full towel load dries in 90 mins, it was close to 4 hours in my old machine.
I would recommend this to anyone.
Although i have a utility room this is quiet enough to have in a family kitchen without driving you insane !"
