"I ordered this item on a Tuesday evening it arrived at a third party courier in Inverness to be shipped across to me in the western isles I recived it on Friday afternoon . Had it unpacked followed instructions which were super easily and was all set up by Sunday. The fridge freezer moves super easy, very roomy looks less bulky than my old one held everything with space left over. Great features the wee door that opens at front for items you use the most i.e. Milk and chocolate . The digital screen easy to use makes no noice and very little when making ice . I would highly reconent this fridgefreezer to anyone consider buying just trasd the reviews that Which Guide have it's up there as one of the best . Thank you AO.COM

"Lovely product that has received many positive comments from friends and visitors who like the look of it very much. Loads of room in the fridge and the door within a door feature is great. The door alarm has already saved the day when the freezer was left open by accident. Very pleased."

"We love the new addition to our kitchen. Though AO delivery was lacking, the product is great. I would advise that the plug is attached at the top, not the bottom, so make sure your electrical socket is well within reach.
The water pipe was simple enough to attach, but did leak a fair amount when we fitted it. After a little tugging and pushing it seemed to seal up...Hopefully there won't be any leaks!
I like that you can set the temperature and the fast freeze function is handy when you arrive home from the shops and your ice cream's already softening.
The door-in-door feature is great and you can fit an awful lot just in that space, so we really only open the whole fridge door once a day when we make dinner. It will be interesting to see if there's a little difference in our power bills.
I would probably prefer more drawers rather than shelving in the freezer, but there's plenty of space so it's not jam packed anyway.
This lost a star for the effort it took to balance on arrival, the messing about with the plumbing and the short-sighted arrangement of the plug, as well as not being overly impressed with the crushed ice feature - It sort of smashes up and spits the ice out all over the place and we just can't seem to catch it all in the glass however hard we try. "

"We are delighted with our new LG Door in Door American Fridge Freezer. The magic door is such a great idea, reducing the need to open the whole refrigerator section and making regularly needed items so accessible. How have we managed without it? Capacity is substantial, lighting is very good and we don't notice any noise at all, which is great considering our kitchen, lounge and dining area are open plan. Installation was easy. We have chosen LG having been let down by our last Samsung AFF. Very happy with our choice. "

"Great product, very quiet. Love the inner door (once I got used to remembering to open it), certainly helps to keep a more constant temperature in fridge. Brilliant use of available space too. "
