"Amazing fridge freezer with Door-in-door feature for most used items. Ice/water dispenser comes with a little tray to keep unwanted spillages in so the water doesn't leak down the fridge door. Plenty of room inside fridge and freezer. Always plenty of ice in ice box. The only down side for me would be that there was no wine/bottle shelf and/or small storage container for cheese/ham.
Other than that great product I am definitely pleased with."

"I recently purchased the door in door LG fridge freezer. The functionality of the fridge itself is brilliant, the motor is extremely quiet and the control of the temperature is simple but effective. I have given a 4 star as the only thing that lets it down is the touch screen of the control panel. When selecting an option the touch pad creaks and crackles. It's not a massive issue but it is annoying considering the cost of the fridge (could possibly be just mine). Apart from that, you really can't knock this fridge. Iced water on tap, the best thing for a hangover. I would give 4 1/2 stars if possible but 4 will have to do."

"I am very pleased with my new fridge. I love the door in door feature, and do not feel that it is a gimmick. It arrived, was plumbed in and ready for action. Looks very smart, and has plenty of storage. All in all, I am absolutely delighted. "

"Very pleased with LG fridge freezer, just waiting for water to be plumbed in so can't comment on ice maker yet.Loads of room in both fridge and freezer. Like door in door section. Its easy just to get milk etc without letting warm air into the main body of the fridge."

"Excellent fridge / freezer -door in door feature is great and storage in both compartments is ample . The fridge section has loads of storage shelves and containers including fruit and veg chilled parts. The freezer section needs just planning when putting items in but has good amount of storage .
The ice maker and cold water is very useful and we were really glad to go for a plumbing in version like this one instead of the refill container . The ice maker breaks the silence every so often as it makes more ice ..
Build quality seems very good and no adjustment was required when installing . Doors close well and cant really find any negatives .
All seems positive from what we can see so far - Thank you LG for a great product"

"We bought this LG American Fridge Freezer as a replacement our 12 year old fridge freezer and are very impressed. It was really well packed and protected. The inverter linear motor is vey quiet indeed. The stainless steel looks beautiful. It really fits in to our kitchen.
The door in door feature gives easy access to everyday items such as milk and butter without opening the main fridge compartment. There are ample shelves for jars bottles and packs of all sizes. I feel tiniest shelf at the bottom of the door is a bit too small to be useful.
The main door also has large shelves which easily takes large bottles and cans. However this can make it a little heavy and it swings out further than I’d like.
There is is plenty storage in the fridge itself. And the two fruit and veg drawers at the bottom hold plenty and are easy to access.
The freezer is huge with three shelves and two drawers. Although they hold a great deal you need to be careful stacking food in to make sure you can access it without everything falling out. The drawers are designed to freeze your meat and fish and does so perfectly.
The water / ice dispenser is excellent. It makes loads of ice, cube size is perfect and because the ice crushing blades are metal makes great crushed ice.
The control display is very clear and turns off unless you are actually using the appliance. It is easy to set your chosen temperature for both the fridge and freezer, I’d prefer if it displayed the actual temperature rather than the set temperature but this is a minor point.
The external filter is good though it’ll be 6 months before I can comment on the ease of changing it.
All in all we would definitely recommend this fridge freezer."
