"This beast arrived well packaged and protected and had to come in the side door as it was too wide for the front door (whilst packaged anyway). Having already made my pipework ready, installation was a doddle with maybe too many (3) sets of instructions... The space inside is huge compared to our previous fridge/freezer and the water and ice dispenser are great and a welcome novelty for the family too. The temperature controls are easy to use and the child-lock avoids unwanted changes, the only negative being that it doesn’t stop the machine dispensing."

"So in love with my new fridge freezer. Everything about it works. The plastic trays are good quality and thicker than most brand. The door in door feature is a brilliant design and very handy. Looks good in my new built kitchen. Excellent service, on time and quick delivery. Experienced and well mannered delivery men. Definitely big thumbs up for AO and LG."

"First time with a "door-in-door" fridge freezer and already converted to it! It's so handy to just pop in and get the regular items like milk but without all of the heat getting in. Looking forward to a smaller electric bill as we do our little bit to help save the planet.
The shelves and storage compartments are well laid out ands it seems to fit so much more in that the previous appliance.
It looks so much more modern too. Love the clean lines and square, functional look."

"I spent ages researching fridge and reading reviews. We finally settled on this LG model and it's great. Loads of room, clever storage solutions and looks great. AO customer service was brilliant and delivery guys really friendly. Definitely recommend."

"I’m really happy with my new fridge. The door in door feature is really handy for grabbing things quickly and there is so much space. It’s a lot more economical for us, as it’s so spacious, we can see exactly what food we have and we can use things up rather than something be hidden at the back to go out of date! "
