"First American style fridge I've owned - great amount of space. Cooling seems to be good.
Other thoughts:
- Dual door gimmick isn't too clever. The latch doesn't always close well, and you don't have much access to that area through the main door.
- So much plastic wrapping on everything
- The buttons on the control panel feel cheap and flimsy as does the panel itself
- There are icicles forming in the freezer near the icemaker (within 2 months)"

"Love it especially the secret door which allows you to access the essentials quickly. Only gripe is the catch on the secret door doesn’t always work which can be annoying as it doesn’t close properly."

"the fridge is well made, good size and the door to door feature is very useful.
We were worried at first that there will be not enough space inside looking at it from outside, but we managed to transfer everything from two previous fridges and a freezer and still have some free space.

"We went from a standard fridge freezer to this monster, and had to modify the kitchen to make it fit. Don't regret it in the slightest. Just the door-in-door holds the bulk of the items we had in the old fridge, leaving us room to move in things like sauces, fruit and veg, bread and drinks we used to keep in the cupboard. The temp is nice and even throughout (with separate thermostats for the fridge and the freezer) and the door-in-door means we aren't losing much cool air every time we take the milk out to make a cuppa.
The freezer is quite narrow, couldn't get a large pizza in there, but we were aware of this and it isn't a real issue for us. Our Christmas meat hamper didn't even fill the two bottom drawers leaving room to empty the old freezer into it.
The ice maker works well, just make sure your cups are large enough so that it doesn't spit ice across the floor, but this is mentioned specifically in the instructions.
All in all, if you have a lot to store this is an ideal unit to buy and good value for money compared to a lot of similar American style fridge freezers."

"Following a last minute disaster when our long serving Maytag (yes it’s been a while) decided to stop working we were left to quickly consider a new one.
We loved the convenience of the water and ice dispenser so were ideally looking to replace with like for like. It was also getting very close to Christmas - and we have family to ours each year so it was pretty important to replace ASAP.
I’d heard good things about AO previously, so after popping to our local electrical store we found the one for us, and AO has it cheaper! We ordered for 2 days time and decided to get the full installation pack to avoid any problems or delay.
As promised we were given our time slot for the day, and on the day itself they were ahead of schedule, but kept us in the loop to avoid waiting round or missing the delivery.
When the guys arrived they were excellent. Our old giant fridge was really difficult to get out and required a lot of patience - not to mention expertise! After a number of hours the old one was out and the new one in. Took some doing but it wasn’t a bother for the guys who were excellent.
