"Very good fridge - measure carefully as these units are much deeper than standard kitchen cupboard units so will stick out if not positioned correctly, especially as you need plumbing behind it. Nice big fridge, good layout and the door in door gets a lot of use in my house - internal layout could be better and no fitting for external filter and only reasons this doesn’t get an instant 5 star! Very good fridge/freezer! "
"Door-in-door is a great idea and the overall size of the compartments is an improvement on our previous Samsung - however, having a single outlet for water, ice cubes/crushed ice is a pain as this needs to be selected every time!"

The doors are slightly thicker than standard American fridge freezers to incorporate the Door-in-Door and ice maker, but that gives you two great advantages. Firstly, a lot more space inside the fridge and freezer compartments to store much more than your standard American Fridge Freezer and secondly, convenience.
The Door-in-Door is so useful, quick press of the button, grab your milk for your coffee, pop it back in without the whole fridge compartment losing temperature - just genius. You will also be amazed at the amount of storage space in the door too.
I also like having one lever for water, ice cubes or crushed ice.
The whole design of this American Fridge Freezer is so well thought out.

"Generally happy with this LG fridge freezer. Replaced a Samsung unit that failed, which was basically the same.
The door in door thing is a potentially useful feature, but the opening 'button' is a bit fiddly, and it only closes if you push really hard.
Overall, happy with this. No complaints really."
