"The last thing you want is to have to replace white goods right on Christmas so when my dishwasher gave up the ghost I was a little alarmed. I certainly didn't need the sudden and unexpected cost but with a large family I had no choice; I simply couldn't be without a dishwasher while having a house full of people over the festive period and after all these sort of situations are what we put money aside for. What I really didn't want though is the hassle of going round the shops, selecting a product, waiting for a delivery, plumbing it in and disposing of the old machine. Luckily, AO.com took just 16 hours from the point I ordered online through to delivery, installation and disposal of the old dishwasher. I stuck with Bosch as my old machine had served me well for many years. I am delighted with the new machine - quieter than the old one and doing its job well, just as I would expect. "

"This was to replace a Miele dishwasher that we’d had for some years and which would likely have been expensive to repair.
We particularly wanted a cutlery tray as the old dishwasher had one and we liked it a lot.
The other factor we liked was that the middle basket could be completely removed so that larger items such as oven shelves can be accommodated.
When first used we didn’t think it was working because it was so quiet. Far better than our old one!
Other reviewers are correct in that it doesn’t dry very well. It takes much longer than our previous model. The Extra Dry function doesn’t seem to make much difference.
We generally use the 45 minute 45 degree setting so maybe a higher temperature wash would dry more quickly.

"Overall I am very happy with this machine, Good looking machine, quiet. Even in the quick wash, which is very handy, the results are very good.
One issue i have however, which is very annoying, is that because of the cutlery rack at the top you can not stand taller tumblers upright so you would either have to take the rack out or put the tumblers at angle which means that they are not always cleaned properly."
