"The Bosh dishwasher was faulty. It was delivered by ao and fitted in by my partner. It filled with water emptied but the water never heated up and the program continued endlessly until the mains power was switched off. I rang Bosh and was initially greeted by a very rude lady who told me it was our fault as we hadn’t connected the pipe work properly and I was to check it again. This we did but the fault persisted. I rang Bosh once again and was offered an engineer visit in 2 weeks time. When I told the customer services this was unacceptable as this was a brand new machine she hung up on me. It was ao who sorted the problem for me and supplied me with a new machine but of a different make. I would not touch another Bosh appliance again. "

"Not happy , hoping to have a repair sooner than 10th August, very disappointed bought Bosch in the belief it would be a reliable product, may as well gone for the cheapest."
