"The instructions for installing the machine and fitting the door were easy to follow, fitted first time without any major issues.
One small issue to note, the blanking covers that fit in place of the transport bolts are a little fiddly to fit.
Levelling of the machine is easy once fitted in place, as there are screws on the front the machine to adjust the height of the rear feet.
The unit is so quiet even on full spin, had to keep checking to make sure it was still running.
Overall results very pleased with the machine."
"Bought this machine to replace an integrated Bosch washer that had given faithful service for 14 years. The size and all the fittings (door, etc.) were exactly the same as the old washer so installation was a breeze. So far so good. Ran the initial program as instructed but this came to an abrupt stop approx halfway through the cycle with an error message. Apparently there was water in the trough below the machine. The manual informed me that there was nothing I could do personally and an engineer would have to attend. Extremely annoying as I had to uninstall the machine to prevent water seeping into the floor and leave it in the middle of the kitchen. I cannot fault the Bosch call-centre and I was quite surprised that the engineer could attend in 5 days given the current pandemic. He duly arrived and identified a crack in a plastic header tank. Perhaps not surprisingly he blamed rough treatment by AO delivery staff for the damage although having seen were the tank was situated and the amount of protective packaging around the machine when it was delivered, I fail to see how the damage could have been caused during delivery. Given that the crack was along the seam of the tank (an obvious weak spot in any plastic product) I believe that Bosch Quality Control missed this fault. Furthermore, the engineer had to order the part and I am still awaiting his return to fit it. A very poor experience exacerbated by the fact that my wife has been identified as very vulnerable and is currently 'shielding' and was extremely anxious about the engineer entering out house and having to do so again. Not impressed."

"A brilliant machine, so easy to set up.
So quiet you can hold a normal conversation on the fastest spin cycle.
Washing results in all the cycles and all temperatures is fantastic, clean, and even cleaner than you could hope for, buy it you will not be disappointed, all aspects of this machine, meets every families needs.

"This machine is a replacement for my old Bosch machine. It looks very similar to the old machine but you can tell that it is running smoother and is much quieter. The motor is much more quiet and “sings” . The spin speed is 1400 as apposed to the old machine which was 1200, with the improved drying as a result."
