"Tried other stores to source this Samsung extractor and a.o had a service that would email you when the particular item was back in stock. After I placed the order it was here 2 days later this is the third time I have ordered from these guys and can't fault them. "

"Good extraction rate, however extremely noisy. Chimney parts extremely sharp, will cut you easily whilst install the the parts. Light not very good, illuminates the wall behind the extractor and not much of the hob. The old unit that was removed had halogens and was much better.

"In the installation guide on the AO product page, you might have missed the line where it says that you need a separate Ducting Kit (not supplied - consists of a tube and carbon filter that runs from the bottom to the top of the pipe). I missed this when I bought the product, and a few months later I noticed that there were dirty brown marks on the wall and ceiling at the top of the pipe. Thinking there was a fault, I called Samsung, they sent an engineer, but he didn't know what the problem was. He called two colleagues, one had heard of the ducting kit but never seen one and didn't know the part number. I called Samsung again, they couldn't identify the part, so put me onto 4mysamsung,co.uk who are their licensed parts dealer. Guess what, they couldn't identify the part either. So I am now left with an expensive item that does not work properly, was missing a critical part, and if I ever find a part number, is going to cost me to buy it, and get it installed. So in short, buy something else."
