"I have used AO several times and they excel every time. There have been a couple of occasions where orders have been messed up, my fault not theirs, and their staff have taken the time to help resolve my issues. I can't praise them enough. We're loving out new fridge freezer too! Delivery was right on time and the delivery guys were very friendly and helpful."

"Excellent service. I ordered the freezer as had left my last one in my old house. I could have received it within a few days but arranged for the day l moved in. Very efficient, l knew exactly when the de;ivery was coming. I paid £3 extra for the unpacking and to take the packaging away.
Freezer is absoutley stunning. This is the second time l have used AO and would definitely recommend and use again in the future."

"The drawers in both fridge & freezer are not easy to remove and put it back. The internal shelves not optimized to store things. Don't like the small door opening in the fridge as it reduces better use of internal space. The top of that door gets finger prints every time you use it. The built in door handles look nice as they dont project out but not easy to use it as it is not conventional design. "

"We’ve used Samsung American fridge/freezers for the last 20 years and always very pleased with them. This particular model ticked all the boxes, especially because we had previously found the door hatch very useful, because it had a hand grip on top and could be pulled open easily. Samsung have gone hi- tech with this model unfortunately, and you need to push the hatch on top to open. Problem is when it’s released you have to dig in your nails to open it which is very annoying. Samsung should know that if something works, they shouldn’t “ fix” it!"

"Beautiful product,
I’ve and water dispenser better than we have had before,
Handles nicely tucked away so doors are flush, this was a big must for one of our requirements,
Little door in main door which is used often instead of opening main fridge,
Plenty of deep shelves in fridge,
Ample space in freezer and not wasted room with the ice maker,
Would highly recommend."
