"Very pleased with the fridge - looks good and has a lot of internal space
Only small downside so far is the speed at which the ice is dispensed but I think this is a fairly universal problem with all dispensers! Also, the internal ice box (if you decide instead to get your ice from here) is very difficult to get in and out. "

" Very happy with the product.
1. Make sure door access allows fridge to get to position.
2. Delivery is included to get it to spot unless up stairs etc. So check.
3. If had this type of fridge before the filter now comes built in so don't look for it separately.
4. Seals on doors very good so almost hard to open but suppose this is a positive.
5. Built in water not that cold but ice available so not end of world.
6. Storage options and layout great.
7. Good quality and warranty as you would expect from Samsung.

"This fridge freezer replaced a similar Samsung American style fridge freezer, which had suffered a number of failures just after the expiry of the 3 year warranty (I have learnt about extended warranties as a result!). This replacement seems excellent so far. I particularly like the easy access hatch for the molk bottles, without having to open the whole door. The height of the shelf inside this hatch also works for access to wine bottles (a special favourite feature for my Wife!). There are a couple of areas where it is not configured quite as well as the previous model, for example, there is no light in the water & ice dispenser and there are just 2 crisper drawers rather than the 3 in the old one. The freezer is very efficient (this was the main failure on the previous fridge freezer). Overall, we are very happy with our purchase, and now we have the extended warranty I am not worrying about a replacement again any time soon!"

"Great service from AO. Delivery guys were outstanding. Fridge freezer looks great, nice easy clean surface and integral door handles give slim profile. Plenty of capacity with adjustable shelves and folding shelf for taller items. Hatch door is brilliant when you just want milk or juice. Internal filter saves n buying bottled water and ice dispenser is invaluable during warm sunny days.

"Haven’t yet started using this as we are waiting for the kitchen install but to look at this fridge is gorgeous, and it has wheels which makes it so easy to move! Will update the review once it’s up and running."
