"Although we had new scart cables the sound bar will only work via the audio output which then means that we still need to use its own remote control and not link to the tv one. Also the surround sound doesn’t flow there are moments of silence where it actually sounds like it’s switched off and when characters speak it comes back on again which is very noticeable when watching a movie. "

"The sound bar is great, works well. You need a spare HDMI cable to make it work (we didn’t have one, do a quick mercy-dash to the local store was needed). You may also need to adjust the settings on your Panasonic TV to get things working; we needed to and this wasn’t in the instructions (so some experimentation was required). Now all sorted and very happy - just persevere and keep the base speaker close (Bluetooth range not that far)."

"Why they sell the new very thin style TV's without soundbars is beyond me. The sound is improved immeasurably and to have a tv without one is being short changed. Before the sound was so muffled I had ro put the volume up to 75% so here what was being said. Not any more. The sound is clear and I don't know how I managed without it. I did a lot of research into which soundbarvto go for. I'm not very techy minded so got my son to se t up for me but seemed easy enough. One of the things I have read about other reviews is that sometimes they don't sync with tv properly. It put me off buying a soundbar for some weeks after I had decided to purchase one. I can only think this might be because people aren't turning off their tv volumns so that you are only listening through the sound bar. I could be wrong, like I said I'm not techy minded. I have had no problems like that with this product. Only thing is the base is very low, but think this might be more to do with my settings than the product. Would definitely recommend this product. Make sure you buy a separate HDMI cable to go with it. 1 metre long is adequate."
