"This freezer has something called an inverting compressor which was new to us. According to a plate attached it has a ten year parts only guarantee which we thought exceptional. This compressor is silent and appears to hold an exact temperature rather than switching on and off, the only noise being the air distribution fan which keeps it frost free."

"Amazing product. A lot of space, looks great in our kitchen next to our american fridge/freezer. Very sturdy & the draws are a lot bigger than initially thought which is great! Strong & sturdy & is on wheels so didn’t ruin our gloor however it doesn’t move around when stationary so don’t worry.

"The large American Style upright freezer is a superb product. Samsung products are always high quality, but this is really excellent. Plenty of shelving , drawers, well lit interior and a really smart slim ice maker. The 10 year warranty proves Samsung will stand behind their product. Well done Samsung and AO !"

"I really like the drawers, smooth pull out and in, although they're new so not yet rammed I expect they'll work as well when stuffed full too. The minor niggles are a) the door is reversible but took a couple of hours to actually do the reversing, would be helpful to be able to buy it the opposite way round as an option, b) stacking things on the upper shelves: I've bought big plastic boxes to put on the shelves to be able to store more small tubs in without having to pull everything out to get at stuff in the back and c) I can't get the last bits off padding off the shelves as it says in the instructions, they're too well stuck down. 3 small niggles so one star off, otherwise it's great. "
