AO were brilliant and replaced it with a different model (this one had sold out) by 8am the next morning! Customer service at its best, and the reason we always buy from AO! The Beko microwave actually looked quite cheap, and the top had a lot of vent holes and a very big label that wouldn’t come off, so quite unsightly."
