"The bottom Right "Cool Zone Select" does not get down to -18c, so is not cold enough to be a freezer. Samsung engineers have been out and explained that it is not designed to get down to -18c.
As a result, it is not acceptable as a freezer (according to UK food standards authority) therefore I am now having to return it."
"Really nice fridge freezer, delivered and installed by so efficiently. Product is a good size, the LED display is easy to use. Ice maker is good - if your glass is narrow the ice can spit a little but not a big deal. The crushed ice took a little while to come out, again easier to manage with larger glass sizes. Overall a fantastic product and I was very pleased with the service throughout. "

Overall very pleased looks posh in our kitchen means I've got to get the kitchen upgraded just hope it doesn't develop the icing up problems I read about after buying it! "
"So far so good! really spacious and flexible shelving helps with taller objects. It was a tad confusing to get the flex zone to cool the way I wanted it to (wanted it as another freezer space) but got there in the end. Ice maker is a tad slow but it doesn't bother me that much.

"I thought the freezer comprised of the bottom two doors, the fridge the top two doors. In fact the freezer is bottom left only, bottom right is a “cool room” not a freezer section. It’s not a problem to me but others may want a larger freezer section.
The plumbing kit supplied does not match the instructions in the fridge installation manual, as I’m a plumber it wasn’t a problem for me but the manual is contradictory.
Overall a very good fridge freezer, glad I bought it."
