Three heat pumps in less than a year!

"After three faulty heat pump failures (-one right out the box!) in less than twelve months Bosch wanted to make us wait until improved heat pumps were manufactured, though they could not determine how long we would wait. Bosch engineers were great but Bosch pull your socks up and sort out your product shortcomings and customer care.

Thank goodness we went to A.O. who immediately agreed to replace the machine. Excellent customer service from A.O. and we will certainly use them again. "
