"I have had this dishwasher for 11 months. Within 4 months the first fault happened. Error indicating water in the base. Engineer came out and it started working. Was informed this can sometimes happen and after a while the water evaporates and it works again. OK, I let it ride.
2 months later I noticed all of the top rack items were coming out still dirty. I searched online and low and behold many other Bosch dishwasher users have the same problem, its a design fault and Bosch have never fixed it. The problem is the tube that feeds the top sprayer becomes disconnected at the bottom. You can't see it is disconnected but if you push down on it it clicks back into place. Solved the top wash issue. Only problem is, we have to do this at least twice a week.
Now I have had enough. This week (11 months old) now it is randomly throwing 'E19' - which the manual states as an undocumented fault and to call service. It happened once and would not work on 70% of programmes. Once I tried Eco (which it worked on) it was happy..... for a while. 4 days on and we have E19 again. When we can get it to start it will start a wash then throw the E19 after 10 minutes or so.
It is a total piece of junk for a supposedly premium brand. I would never buy a Bosch dishwasher again.

"Decided to replace an old dishwasher that never really impressed me much having to rinse everything before loading and drying dishes on finishing.
Went for a more reliable brand in bosch and Im delighted with the machine it does what it says on the tin! "
