"Dishwasher itself is excellent - quiet, efficient, everything comes out shiny and clean.
One minor quibble is tall galsses hit the cutlery tray when it is pulled in and out. I think adjustments can be made though, so not a real problem."

"We replaced a Kenwood dishwasher which suddenly failed. The Kenwood was always really noisy and was noticeable as our kitchen is open to our living room.
The Bosch is really quiet and only really noticeable when filling as our water pipes make noise when the water is flowing.
We never really had good cleaning results from the Kenwood whereas the Bosch consistently clears really difficult to remove dirt.
The cutlery draw is a nice feature too as it leaves more room for pans at the bottom.
One complaint relates to the height of the top basket, even on its lowest setting we struggle to get wine glasses in as the stem gets caught on the cutlery basket. Fortunately our glasses are quite short so we can manage but if you have long glasses consider the (cheaper) model withe the cutlery basket."

"Didn't realize that there was a cutlery tray instead of a basket. Thought I couldn't manage with a basket. So ordered one but after using for a few days I was converted and am now happy with the tray. The machine is very quiet and the pots and glasses are beautifully clean after the cycle. Very pleased all round. "

"Love this dishwasher. It’s quiet, fits lots in and most importantly it leaves everything sparkling clean. The cutlery draw over a tray is also a nice feature, but it does restrict the height of what you can get in the middle draw a little, such as wine glasses."

"Straight replacement for old Bosch dishwasher. Obviously technically much superior and on Auto does a good wash over about 2 hours. A lot of other options I probably won't use. Struggling with cutlery drawer rather than basket but my technique is improving so the spoons don't finish face up full of water. Eco takes over 3 hours and I haven't tried it. Generally happy with this product and its a lot quieter."
