"Forget German engineering - this product comes with "Made in Turkey" all over the box. As for the fitting instructions - well what can I say? Fitting is a complete nightmare due, in part, to their fixation on pictorial instructions which are, in many area, completely incomprehensible. I know it's cheaper but it just doesn't work. There are parts in the box which appear nowhere in the manual or instruction and there are parts on the instruction sheet which are not in the box. It is as though the instructions cover a variety of models and much of it is not appropriate. We then come to fit the door facade and the supplied screws have a soft headed 7/64th inch hex key drive instead of the obvious Phillips headed screw which are simply not suitable for the job. My overall impression is that Bosch are a company relying too much on a good reputation but they have taken their eye off the ball and no longer deserve the plaudits. Having said that the machine seems to work OK - but then it should at the price."

"Good machine. Fitting instructions could be better and was a bit fiddly to get in place but not too difficult, just took longer than anticipated. "

"The series 4 unit works well and is easy to use with a good number of options. The cutlery draw is a good feature which allows more space for the rest of the washing up. I would have liked a funnel to load salt or the design to make this task a little easier. Apart from that I feel a good buy."

"Love the cutlery tray, still haven’t found a machine that dries plastic - oh well! Time will tell if this lasts the rest of time. Hope so. "
