"First i want to understand the another's custom which give great rating for this items . I buy this dishwasher because i am fan Samsung, i have enjoyed all the products from Samsung but this item is very poor quality, i used for less than a month and few times i find the dishes not cleaned and the detergent capsule was not dissolved after was finish the program and about drying the dishes nothing, the dishes it's like after heavy rain . I ask for refund , they send me the engineer and said me it's normal , said me Samsung dishwasher don't drying too much the dishes. I think i waste a lot of money for one worst item .Please be careful before buy this product "
