"A great microwave all the time it works. I’ve now had two but both broke with the same fault - the door jams, blows the electrics and will not open. The first had to be crowbarred out of the unit and replaced, only for the same fault to appear on this one. I’ve contacted Samsung which confirmed it’s out of warranty so all work will be chargeable. I know they couldn’t fix it last time so now I’m going to steer clear of Samsung and purchase another make to replace. Wish I’d just bought a counter top one. An expensive mistake!"

"This is a well made solid feeling microwave/grill. It fits into the space vacated by the previous one and looks good. The only reason I gave 4 starts not five is that the space inside is smaller than I expected. During researching the product I thought I had ordered one the same capacity, this one seems a little small."

"I bought Samsung microwave of other online company, after 6 months a code showed on display which could not be changed. Trying to speak to someone at Samsung is unbelievable. After 12 weeks they replaced it with one with grill. I hardly use it and again after 4 months I have problems again.it sparked and started smoking. Samsung agreed to fix it but I have lost confidence in them now so they are refunding me. I have bought all different items from Samsung but would never buy again."
"Works well, looks great, easy to install, has a plug which doesn't need hard wiring by an electrician."
