"It does the job as a microwave but build quality is appalling for a pricey unit. After two and a half years, the door has been replaced twice under warranty and just broken again (out of warranty, meaning we're now debating whether to cough up for repair or just replace it). "

"I Bought this as a replacement for a Neue model which had been noisy from the start.
Having bought several Samsung items before i was hopeful this would be good. It is! Quiet and efficient and looks stylish too. "
