"Bought this when previous Hotpoint 9kg/6kg model came to the end of several years' good service. Same excellent choice of programs and settings, slightly smaller dimensions are neater in the kitchen. Only negative points are lack of a digital time remaining countdown and less flexibility on drying times. But like it very much and would recommend."

"I ordered this a couple of months ago, as part of my kitchen refit. Due to scheduling issues with my kitchen fitter, the date I had chose for delivery turned out to be two days into the government Covid19 lockdown.
I fully expected this to be cancelled, but was delighted when the AO staff turned up, delivered under social distancing guidelines and were polite, efficient and timely.
The washer/dryer itself is excellent - quiet, and gets the clothes clean without any of the damage issues I'd had with my previous Bosch. Very good value for money with just the right amount of programmes/features without being over the top. I would use all of the features included on this machine. It is also excellent in terms of overall size vs. drum size. It has a comparatively small footprint, doesn't stick out from the line of kitchen cupboards, and yet takes a huge amount of washing/drying. I love it!"

"pros - easy to install and use, delivered at a good time. there is no vent required for the dryer.
note - this machine only has cold fill connection.
cons - polystyreen packaging is not good for the environment"
