"Very good, I 'm sure it is celverer than I am. Washes are easy to work out, the dryer....needs a bit of thinking about.
Would buy it again though"

"The washer dryer looks fantastic in black... aesthetics aside, it’s well worth reading the instructions several times because there are so many good options available on this machine. When reading earlier reviews, I was a bit concerned about the duration of the wash cycles, having had another brand that washed in 45 minutes. (Actually, this Hotpount machine can actually wash and dry a small load in that time). However, the everyday wash cycles are longer, so I’ve started putting the machine on at night. It’s works well! Dirty clothes in at night, clean dry clothes out in the morning. Another thing peoole have mentioned is a weird smell during the drying cycle. It does produce a smell, but it’s simply the rubber seal getting warm. Not offensive and it goes away after a while.
There have also been a few feedback comments that the machine is super quiet. It needs to be remembered that wet clothes slopping about in a large metal drum generate noise. So you can indeed hear the normal sound of clothes washing. The spin is relatively quiet, but it’s not worth getting excited about, and should not be the deciding factor in a purchasing decision. More important is the seamless process of selecting a wash cycle and then knowing you can go off and forget about it and come back to warm, clean and dry clothes that barely need ironing. "

"The washing machine is fine, clothes come out clean. The cycles are long and there’s less cycle options compare with my old one. Most of the cycles do not use the fastest spin 1400rpm and you are unable to increase the spin on those cycles that use for example 1000rpm you can only decrease.
The dryer seems good. I have got 6kg washes dry in the dryer. Only towels come out still damp. I have noticed the dryer fades the colour on dark washes but perhaps this is normal for a dryer, I’ve never had one before.
If you like a quick wash you can only do 30 mins wash which has only a max of 800 spin. An improvement would be a 60 degree wash with a max spin taking an hour, my old machine had this.
After the 30 min wash the next lowest cycle time is an hour 40 mins on synthetics wash only. The cotton cycles are all around 3hrs long wash only.
Dryer is around 4 hours long if you want the 6kg wash dry. You can make the time a lot less if you wish but the clothes may not be dry."
