Well instructions printed on flimsy paper and timings not sufficiently adjustable for me but you dear reader may not mind."

"Really like the look of this machine and it is also user friendly.
Good variety of programmes and temperatures available.
Need to divide a finished load in half to dry effectively but the same with my old machine.
I like the quick wash and dry programme and the delicates wool cycle.
Hopefully this machine will prove to be reliable and long lasting..Only time will tell.
The child lock would be useful with young children but not relevant to me now. "
"My old washer dryer died during lockdown. After reading lots of reviews I settled on this one and I'm really pleased with. I have managed to use it ( so it must be easy) and it is so much quieter than my old one.
There's a limited choice of grey machines out there but this does everything I want.

"Really pleased with our Hotpoint Ultima Washer Dryer, should of ordered one years ago! Washes well & it's so quite. I've always purchased Hotpoint washers, our old one lasted 10yrs and was still working fine before we bought this one. Delivery & customer follow up was great from ao.com.
