"Lots of washing options, so much quieter than my last machine which was also a hotpoint, it died after 17 years so holding this one to the same contract!
Drying takes a long time but hardly costs anything on the smart meter. Will be very useful during the winter months.
The drier is quite noisy as it’s does this sucking noise at random intervals to remove moisture from the pipes.
A wash and dry cycle for cottons can be over 7 hours if you’ve got the full load.
One negative if the load capacity, it says 9kg however this only applies to 2 of the washing options, most of the others are 4/5 some 3 and the wash and dry is only 1kg. The recommended washing solution is liquid and power is only able to be used on 4 of the washing choices.
Overall it’s a great product, nice looking, easy to use and very energy efficient. "

"Love it! Super quiet, huge drum and easy to use. Looks good too ??. Bought it to go in our new house and wanted it to blend in well, which it does. It has a dark/ tinted glass so can't see any unsightly washing waiting inside. Really useful count down to finish on screen and able to make your own wash cycle to suit. Drum is huge so great for a family of 4 or more.
Would definitely recommend. *****"

"The Machine itself, cleans clothes very well, is very quite, regularly forget it is even running. Only down side I can find is the amount of fluff that builds up in door seal area that has to be cleaned every wash.
Overall great service and great machine, very happy."
