"This is the second machine I have purchased. It is great for my tenants who cannot hang washing outside or on the radiators. They are delighted with it. Only slight negative are the quick start instructions are a bit ambiguous if you've never had a washer/dryer before."

"I have had this machine a few weeks now and it's great, super quiet and leaves clothes clean and soft. The washing and drying of one load does take ages, but for an all in one I have not seen a faster time for the same energy rating. The machine is almost silent so great for our open plan room, I can do evening washes now and still sleep!
I was worried after I purchased that I had chosen the wrong machine, as I had read some bad reviews on another site about a rubber smell after drying, but we have not had that issue so I am very pleased with the hotpoint.
Would recommend to anyone who has a small open plan room. Can't fault this model."

"I've had this machine 3 weeks. Has stunk of burning when drying since I had it and yesterday it died with an F01 electrical fault. So if you want a reliable machine, my experience would suggest to not buy this one. "

"We needed to replace our washer dryer and looked around for something suitable. This machine came highly rated and so decided to buy it.
Washing times are probably the only drawback but there is a delay function, so if you want to hang a load before heading to work just set this to start early in the morning. No fuss. Nice and quite in the spin cycle.
Great washer. Highly recommend. "

"Needed a quick delivery of a reasonable priced machine and this ticked the box. Wanted a slightly shallower size to fit the space and so pleased this has 9kg capacity and quite a big drum. Easy to work and a solid range of programmes and variable temperstures. Only had it a week and so still working out which programme works best - for example the quick wash and dry isn't suitable for heavy jeans. But over all it seems fine. "
