"After years of gas I wanted to try and induction hob in my new kitchen. I was advised to check the power ratings and opted for the safer bet of this Bosch one as it plugs in. And just as well as I'd have needed a new circuit for the other types. Theoretically it's lower powered but I can't say I notice it. A pan of water boils as fast as a kettle. Food also stays at a low simmer better than it does on gas.
It's easy to clean and safe for tiny hands or tiny misbehaving cat paws if they cross it!
The touch control can be tricky if there's any grease but not a huge problem.
All in all a very good purchase."

"We’ve gone back to electric from gas, so it’s been a short period of adjustment, but it’s been an easy transition to make! I love the boost mode, which is great for getting water boiled and ready to cook with.
It cooks very quickly, so I’ve got to get used to new timings, but I’ll be there before I know it!
Very easy to wipe down after use and keep clean. I bought some special glass hob spray and deep clean cream.
Highly recommend!"

"Easy to fit as comes with a 15A plug and saves a bill for premiere connection. Looks good.
I was warned that heating can be aggressive but I haven't found this to be any more of a problem than with gas. "

"This hob is in my view great, and looks great in my kitchen, it took a day or two to get used to the hob as I’ve never used an induction hob before, you just take the pan off and it shuts down by itself, it much faster than my old hob, so easy to install it has a 3 pin plug and the cleaning is just a wipe over all in all I’m delighted with it ."
