"Great product - powerful and easy to use with good combi features. My only minus is that the one I've just bought is a replacement for one that died after 4 years heavy use. Maybe my bad luck - but a longer life would have been welcome for the price."

"OK for 2 years and then the panel buttons started not responding. This seems to be a really common fault with Samsung microwaves and it's now unusable as the 'Start' button doesn't work. Samsung refused to acknowledge any fault and AO are impossible to contact - avoid."

"Very pleased so far. Still have to read the manual for everything bar basic microwave, but that's because it does so much more! I'm sure it will get easier and save time and money on energy bills. "
