Good but timer takes a few presses before it reveals itself

"Microwave seems fine but it takes a few presses of the button to get the timer up to set time for heating food. Apart from that it’s a great combi microwave. Family of 3 plus regular guests. "

Brilliant while it lasted

"Great product - powerful and easy to use with good combi features. My only minus is that the one I've just bought is a replacement for one that died after 4 years heavy use. Maybe my bad luck - but a longer life would have been welcome for the price."

Unusable after 2 years

"OK for 2 years and then the panel buttons started not responding. This seems to be a really common fault with Samsung microwaves and it's now unusable as the 'Start' button doesn't work. Samsung refused to acknowledge any fault and AO are impossible to contact - avoid."
