"This is feature packed but does the basic stuff (heating my drinks and making porridge) perfectly and simply. Lots of automation built in. You do need the book to understand the codes for any you don't use regularly, but overall a great product."

"Bought this to replace a failing microwave, what a great product! Normal micro plus oven and grill makes a busy household easy to manage especially with children, clubs and horses to sort at tea time!
Works very well and is easy to use, powerful and easy to clean , am very happy so far!!"

"After replacing my old microwave of 12 years, I was a little surprised at how much technology was packed into microwaves these days. In fact, i was a little bewildered at the numerous functions which could be had by so-called combination microwaves. One of the functions which caught my eye of this particular Samsung microwave was it's ability to air fry. This would save me some much needed room on my counter-top as I wouldn't need to buy a separate device to air fry things (and likely saved me money too). Another great feature I like is the 'Hot Blast Auto' feature. Essentially this automatically cooks things to perfection by monitoring the moisture levels in your food. We tried it with pizza and it browned the toppings nicely, but left the dough base somewhere between moist and crisp. A hard thing to describe but basically it did a much better job than my oven could has done for ten years which mostly just burned the outer crust or left the topping slightly uncooked. A well worthwhile investment I believe if you are looking to buy a new microwave and an air fryer as we were. This will do both and a whole lot more for a reasonable price. It's very easy to use and very easy to clean - and silver things are normally a nightmare."

"I've only had the appliance for a few weeks so just getting to know it. Microwave is simple to use once you get used to the dial to turn rather than buttons to press. Hot Blast Auto cooked chips and onion rings to perfection with no need to pre-heat a big oven that then keeps the kitchen hot for hours afterwards! I've used the dough proving setting and that seemed to work fine. Not used the conventional oven yet. Only downside so far, and it's a really minor thing is that the instructions could give more information. It wasn't clear whether the stands could be used in the microwave but the recipe for Hot Blast Auto says you can (it uses microwaves to cook as well). Looks good and I like the Eco button"
