"After two years light use of microwave feature only, the on button is no longer working. Having just read reviews elsewhere, it appears to be a common fault and Samsung appear to be disinterested. I now have the dilemma of pricing up a repair or buying a new microwave. Either way I am out of pocket. I certainly wish I'd chose another brand. Needless to say, I certainly won't be in a hurry to buy another Samsung product again. "

"Bought this product from AO in May 2021. For the past year the start button has been acting up but still working. Today, the start button no longer works but all the other buttons are fine. Great that the other buttons work but it's useless if I can't turn the machine on. If you go to the Samsung website and read the reviews there, this microwave has bad reviews and it seems that about 2 years in, this same issue is happening to many others. Stay away. Now the microwave is out of warranty"

"This is the second one I have purchased as I just love this microwave cooker and simply can't manage without it.
Looks great and has so many features there is never anything I need to cook that it can't handle.
I can't find one negative just positives.
Coupled with the standard brilliant service and delivery from AO as per usual. I highly recommend both this product and AO"
"This is the second one from ao, the first one did breakdown but so sorted out a new one straight away. Their customer service is far beyond other companies, which is what made me return to purchase my new combi oven. The delivery was brilliant kept me informed every step of the way. The price very comparable if not cheaper than most. I highly recommend buying from ao it’s a win win every time."
