"After trying to buy this product several times on eBay and having an array of disasters, I decided I would use the trusted AO and pay a little more but get better service. This product is wonderful, a little complicated with the buttons, so don’t buy this for Grandmother, however after learning what’s what, it’s great! Looks really smart in the kitchen and is stronger cook speed at 900 compared to most microwaves that cook at 800.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AO, I only wish they could negotiate their prices better with their buying power and deliver this to the consumer, it would also be great if they offered the new but factory refurbed as you see on eBay! "
