"Looks good in slot, able to change wattage from 900w down which is very convenient. Is a bit noisier than last one. Would be nice to change heating up food times in thirty second incriments not 10 seconds. All in all a very good product and happy with purchase."

"Really pleased with this microwave, looks and performs great. 10 minutes spent going though the instructions and the basic functions become easy navigate. Need to keep the manual to hand for the more complex functions as this is more than just a simple microwave. Very happy with my purchase and looks great in the new kitchen."

"Applience send faulty with touch panel n ot working, AO refused to send over new applience and force to contact Samsung directly, spend hours over the phone with Samsung where they said that they are a lot of issues with this microwaves, and thay can not send engineers for repair in afternoon hours or weekends it is over 2 weeks now and problem is not solved and still ongoing. Very disapointed.

"As others have pointed out this item could do with some better instructions. But otherwise all good. Its really stylish and the display goes off completely when left for some time. SO looks like a neat black box. Even logo is not too visible which i like for simplicity. In a minimalist kitchen it works really well. highly recommended. Came next day! amazing. "
