"The microwave is perfect apart from the sensitivity of the timer controls. The controls are not very sensitive to touch and when increasing or decreasing the cooking time it is very difficult to accurately control the timer function. The unit was very easy to fit with just a 13 amp plug and 2 self tapping screws. Be aware that the microwave is quite heavy so needs to be installed by 2 people. I would still recommend the microwave but it could frustrate some owners. "
