"It stated the door was reversible. This was not the case and I had to pay a handyman for two hours work to reverse it. He had to drill holes all over the door. Disgraceful with such an overpriced product.

"Overall a well design fridge that offers plenty of storage space and has a large reservoir for the water dispenser, which is very useful.
My only real bug bear is that the electrical cord comes out of the top rather than the bottom of the unit - so unless your socket is immediately behind where you intend to site your fridge, like me, you first job will be to go and buy an extension lead.
Why Samsung decided to put the cord coming out of the top and only include enough cable to reach the ground is perplexing when you consider how well everything else is thought through and designed."

"We have had the fridge for approximately two weeks now and extremely happy with it. Lots of internal space and the non-plumbed water dispenser is brilliant, as is the Humidity Control. East to operate with external touch pad on the door. Door alarm so you can't accidentally leave it open and the ability to adjust the temperature at a touch of a button is great."
