"Oven only lasted 16th months - Smeg Warranty was useless took them a month and a half to authorize action after writing the oven off - numerous emails and tel calls as well as being without an Oven - no one really interested in helping!"

"Really happy with our purchase, we spent a lot of time researching which oven to buy based on various reviews and specifications. It looks smart and cooks well once you learn how to use it. We specifically picked the larger oven at the top but becareful if you are short as you would struggle to get food out once the door is open, I am 5ft 4” and it is ok.
I would be better if the instructions told you how to turn if off, that took some time to work out but all part of playing with a new oven.

"Purchased and installed by AO and as you would expect excellent service.
The cooker looks good, very quiet and works as you’d expect. My only criticism is that it’s not simple to use it takes quite a bit of time to work out. It seems to take a while to get up to temperature. Apart from that it’s a great addition to our kitchen."

"Heats fast and hot air escapes via an escape channel near top so no more singing the oven housing like my last one did. Easy to use if you read the instructions well. Bonus that the shelves pull out and stop making it easier to lift trays off. Bottom oven being the small one is great and originally why I went for this model but very glad I did."
