"I have only used the product for two weeks but have used it a lot and I am surprised by how quickly the clothes dry. It is much quieter than our old dryer and has lots of settings to handle different types of materials. The only drawback is it is quite expensive."

"Having had one of the dryers that has caught fire, I was only too pleased when it stoped working. Having done a lot of research I when with the Samsung. The build is what I would have expected from them. Very quite for a dryer. Easy to use controls we lots of settings, a filter in the right place so no chance of catching fire. Easy to empty water container. Due to the weather we have had it’s not been fully tested, but when it has been used it has been brilliant."

"So very happy that we purchased the Samsung heat pump dryer it's absolutely brilliant clothes dried 1st time unlike our previous hotpoint which we had to put through 2 times on every cycle. A quality product from a very reputable company like Samsung very highly recommended."
