"Before buying my dryer, I read so many negative reviews about heat pump dryers which is probably true if you bought a basic heat pump dryer. HOWEVER, this iis no basic heat pump dryer. It uses 75% less energy than a normal condenser dryer.. It has so many different settings. The towel setting makes your towels lovely & fluffy.. There's a light inside the large drum to help you to see.. There are sensors inside which help it monitors how damp the clothes are and automatically adjusts the drying time. Believe me, if you bought this dryer, you will not be dissappointed."

"We bought this tumble dryer to replace a knackered vented dryer that has served its time in our small family.
We have found it takes slightly longer to dry a similar sized load but it is far more energy efficient (A**) than the old type (D).
It fits in to our kitchen nicely, and does not make too much noise when running a cycle (65db) except for when the cycle ends and it plays a tune. This can be turned off if you dont like it!
It comes with the bits so it can be piped up to your sink drainage to save having to empty the water drawer. We just empty it at the end of each cycle when we clean the filter aswell. It apparently has alarms to say when the drawer, the filter and heat exchanger need attention but because of how we use it we havent had this happen yet to confirm.
There is also a removeable tray comes with the tumble dryer that fits inside is apparently for drying things like shoes. Also there is a lamp inside...so you can watch while your shoes dry? - still not too sure of the need for this although it makes it easier to see you have emptied the machine.
Overall, very happy with our purchase and would choose again if we had to. "
