"We love this fridge, it is so quiet compared to our last one.
The full veg drawer at the bottom is also very useful and much more user friendly than most other designs that we looked at.
Ther is one draw back and that is that it only had two shelves. Fortunately for us they are the same size as our last Fridge freezer so we were able to save one and use it in our new fridge. I also like the alarm that sounds if you have accidentally not fully closed the fridge door which is easy to do when it’s an integrated appliance. Overall we are very happy with our new appliance. "

"It is a really nice and good quality fridge/freezer. The 4 stars are because of there being one shelf less than there ’should’ be. We had to order from a separate website. I’ve seen many other reviews saying the same. Just seems odd and increased the price.
Otherwise it is a great fridge/freezer."

"Great fridge, but let down by very poor installation instructions.
Insulation material that you have to attach to the rear could and should have been fitted by the manufacturer.
Additionally, fridge (Not freezer) shelf missing. Was quickly resolved via a combination of excellent customer service by combination of ao and Samsung. "

"Really good fridge freezer, plenty of space except for the strange arrangement in the fridge door, but the installation instructions leave a lot to be desired and there was a shelf missing (this was sorted by AO immediately) this was why it didn’t get five stars."
