"Delivery was speedy and arrived before 9am which was very convenient.
Opted not to have the connection service (£90 was too much) and found a how to video online for exact model. All done in 30 minutes
V please with product. It does need an extra shelf but easily purchased. "

"Needs an extra shelf which seems to be the overall consensus. Early days but seems to be a good choice.
Easy (ish) to install although time consuming with lack of text in instructions. Found a Samsung installation video on youtube which was invaluable."

"We have had our new fridge freezer for 3 days. It is very cold! In fact, much colder than the setting we have it on, but as long as it isn't actually causing ice to form in things, I'm fine with it. We ordered an extra shelf; like most people, I don't know why they didn't include one, but it's a small matter to get the extra shelf. I question whether you can actually fit '14 bags of shopping' in this fridge freezer, but I've never in my life bought 14 bags of shopping so that shouldn't be a problem. The size is perfectly adequate for a couple or small family, as long as you aren't heavily dependent on frozen foods and ready meals, as the freezer space is rather small, being one shallow shelf, one full drawer and one half drawer at the bottom. Not a problem for us. My husband says he can hear it running, but I can't hear it. The seals on the door are very light, they don't suck shut when closing or offer much resistance when opening, this is something to get used to and might not be a problem, but it is quite different from our old fridge freezer. The blue light inside is very bright, and all the clear plastic interior bits make for a clean presentation. The fruit/veg drawer doesn't reach the full depth of the fridge, there is something behind, so even though it protrudes, you aren't given any actual extra space, and because the shelf from the fridge door sits on top of it, you can't use the protruding bit of the drawer as extra shelf space, so don't let the images make you think otherwise. All in all, we are glad we bought it. It fit the cabinet, it works, it has a 10 year warranty on the compressor. "
