"I bought this after reading all the positive reviews and because of a number of features that you can't currently find on other products which are well considered:
- 2 separate drawers for meat and fresh fruit/veg
- depth of the freezer drawers
- easy slide tray for ice cubes - this is so surprisingly handy
I also like the
- frost free, efficiency and how quiet and cold it is
- neat control panel design
One major niggle and it could have been a 5 star otherwise and that is the fact you can't fill the door with 4 pint milk bottles unless you have the little movable shelves very close to each other and then with the lower one, you can't access it properly because there's only an inch gap. Just dropping this done a bit would make a real difference"

"Really pleased with this addition to a new kitchen. Love the sliding drawers which are smooth and feel weighty and good quality. The fridge performs well and quietly. Plenty of room.
The temperature settings are fixed at various levels so you can only chose the ones given. ie. 3 degrees for fridge (whereas I'd prefer 4) and -19 degrees for freezer (whereas I'd prefer -18); it's the only small quibble I would have with it but since it is A++ hopefully this will not cost me extra in electricity.
Delivery was excellent."

"What I thought would have been an easy task (buying a replacement fridge/freezer) was not. Firstly, as my old appliance was integrated I had to work out what the split was (70/30 in the end) the measurements then had to be checked so that the doors fitted in the right place, and I spent several hours trying to do this.
I then ordered a fridge/freezer (not this one) and when AO arrived to fit it they couldn't because it had sliding hinges wheres as my door furniture had fixed hinges, which I hadn't considered.
AO duly returned the purchase and didn't charge for the fitting charge.
I then ordered a second fridge/freezer (again not this one) but AO didn't offer the fitting service and I thought that I could install it myself. However, when I removed the fitted doors I realised that it wasn't a simple job to replace them, so the second appliance was then cancelled, before delivery.
I then plumped for the Samsung which ticked all of the boxes and had half price fitting.
I had originally considered the Samsung and was only put off by the price, but having now had it installed I can say that I am more than pleased with my purchase.
The sales staff at AO went out of their way to help me and were very polite even after all of my changes.
The fitters were very friendly and did an excellent job installing the fridge/freezer.
The fridge/freezer itself is very quiet (although it can be a bit noisy for a while if the door has been left open and needs to re-chill to the set temperature)
It keeps food nice and chilled and in fact I had to reduce the temperature from the standard 3 down to 2 as ice was forming in drinks.
The inside LED light makes it nice and bright when opened and makes it easy to see what's inside and the door alarm is good when you have children who keep leaving the door open.
As to the freezer section, can't say much other than the drawers are nice and deep and it keeps things frozen."
