"Having just had to return a bosch fridge freezer I can assure you this one is just great !
Lots of fridge space - more than most. Stays cool *all* over the space as well - not just the bottom.
Freezer is smaller than we would have liked - but still the best size I could find - and the fridge space makes up for it. We can keep some stuff in there for a week or so instead of freezing it.
Good number of shelves in both fridge and freezer. And we love the deep open bottom salad draw - let's you see everything without opening it and just the right height - way better than just having one big bottom draw - this one has two - really useful !
Overall we love this - and thank god we god rid of the Bosch. They have a horrible metal plate at the back where everything sticks to and one HUGE bottom freezer draw - which is almost impossible to lift out and get things from.
This is beautiful in comparison and cheaper too.
The ONE thing it misses is soft close hinges - but that's trivial compared with the rest of the benefits.

"Replaced our old Samsung fridge freezer with this one, as we were having a new kitchen fitted.
As with the old one this has more than enough space for a family's requirements and it looks good even on the inside. "

"Bought this combined integrated fridge freezer to install in our new kitchen. The cooling fan motor started making a terrible noise after only a few weeks, and now has stopped all together. Fridge no longer cold nor fit for purpose. Contacted Samsung directly and was informed that we were +1week beyond our 28 day delivery date, and could not return or refund. Only offer was to send engineer to the site and investigate, and repair if necessary (at no further cost to me). As for the product itself, it's considerably smaller (capacity) than our last one. If you are looking for a family fridge freezer my warning would be to ensure you compare fridge volumes carefully before purchase. Sadly we didn't... It's pretty small for a larger family. Maybe we were just unlucky with the unit we got... Disappointing. Samsung fail."
