"I bought this oven as a replacement for a old broken indesit one.
It was easy to install, be warned it comes with no cable and make sure you read the instructions so you buy the correct cable for installation. You will need to hardwire this in or get an electrician to do so. If you are at all I sure get an electrician.
The oven itself looks good and is easy to use. It preheats very quickly and had plenty of modes for cooking. The divider feature works very well although you may have to adjust your cooking times. It took a little getting used to but once you get it it’s easy.
The self cleaning function is excellent and takes the hassle out of oven cleaning.

"I have been using this oven for a while now - and I love it. Once I had got used to it and read the instruction manual.
I can just use the top part of the oven with the divider shelf and it heats up in no time - my previous oven took ages to get up to temperature. Yes if I just use the top oven there may be some water in the bottom oven - this is called condensation - it happens its not an issue for me?!
I can use the top oven for one temperature and the bottom oven for another so I don't have to guess any more with cooking times and temperatures.
I have used the cleaning function and I am glad it locks during this as it is heating up the oven so it burns off all of the grease inside - I'm guessing it's a safety feature so someone doesn't attempt to open the oven and burn themselves."

"On discovering this oven with dual cooking zones i couldn't have been more pleased. A brilliant concept for cooking more than one thing at different temperatures. And here we are, delivered by the brilliant ao.com team who, by the way have 5stars for their delivery process, many other companies could learn from them, and installed. It is amazingly quiet, easy to use and clear instrumentation. It is from this point on that disappointment is the overtone. I have read, before purchase, the many positive 4/5star reviews and for that reason I am sure that I am just unfortunate but at the moment I have an oven that struggles, in any mode, to reach the temperature it supposed to. To get 180deg I need to set it to 220deg at least and it struggles then. I registered my purchase with Samsung and got the extended guarantee and I have reported via email to there customer centre the problem, but so far 5 days on I am not getting any positive resolve. I am confident that when this is resolved, the oven will be perfect in every way, but in the meantime...."

"Very happy with product. Looks good. Cooks amazing. Didntvtried yet to cook 2 different meals on one time. But so far amazing. Only 1 big minus. On description they didt write that oven comes WITHOUT cable. Was very dissapointed. Needed pay extra for that cable. Instalation plus cable. Uh very expensive oven at the end. So ya that was big minus. But like i told item is amazing. "
