"My parents have the same dual cook function at their place and I couldn’t live without it: can make dinner and dessert at the same time! I bake often so the flexibility is a real plus, and also it’s nice only having to hear up half the oven if you’ve only got a small thing going in. Heats up ridiculously fast, controls are super intuitive, and I love the runners, you can put either the drip pans on it or the grill (however only me grill is included which fits on there, so I may need to order an extra one, which is a shame. Would prefer 2 grills over two drip pans!). Only problem with how smooth it is is that the support tends to slide around a bit as you’re getting something out of the oven, which can be a bit annoying. Inside is also super smooth and easy to wash. Can’t wait to bake more with it!"

"Recently bought the oven and am pleased with its design (the shiny black looks perfect in my kitchen!). I also really like the pull out shelves and dual oven feature. Admittedly, I have only tried to oven a handful of time so far (since I received it less than a week ago) although it seems to be doing the job. I do feel like it takes a little longer to cook food in comparison with my previous gas oven but time will tell. The only small drawback I can note so far is that it is difficult to see where the on/off button is as it is not easily lit but after a few times, finding it will become second nature. 4 stars for now as will need time to test out the product more to see how it fairs.
On a separate point, ao.com were fantastic and extremely helpful. They were able to price match, arrange delivery for the soonest available date, and the delivery guys were pleasant and helpful. I was very impressed with the service. Thank you ao.com!"
