"I bought that washing machine a week ago and it came with manufacturer fault( water valve) I called the manufacturer as ao advice me to do first and manufactures arranged me an engineer a WEEK after just to check if it’s manufacture fault or I connected it wrong.
When after a week the engineer came to check the machine he discovered that the water valve is not working and he REPLACE IT. No only I had to wait a week to prove whirlpool that it was theirs manufacturer fault they also repair a brand new machine like I was buying a refurbished and not new one. At the first wash the machine was very quiet until it start to rinse and spin.
I am very disappointed with whirlpool that they repair theirs brand new machines instead of replace them.
Avoid them.

"The machine has been easy to learn to use and has completed several washes since purchased. The machine works perfectly and is very quite. I would recommend this machine. I find having several washing options automatically programmed into the machine excellent and makes putting your washing on simple and quick."
"Having had my old Hotpoint washing machine for nearly eight years, this was my first Whirlpool machine. I was slightly worried at first but didn’t need to be. This machine washes clothes better and so much quicker than my old one. It also has a very quiet spin cycle so a lot of the time you forget you’ve got it on. One thing I have noticed is when washing bed sheets/pillow cases they all use to get tangled inside each other in my old machine. With the Whirlpool I get them out and they are all separated from the other bits of laundry I have in the machine. Spin cycle is also great as the tumble dryer doesn’t seem to be on as long. Overall I am completely satisfied with this product."

"This is the best washing machine ever . You don’t even know it’s on . It’s so quiet . The light in the drum is also a fab function . Easy to follow programs can’t fault it so far. Brilliant drum size and looks stylish too"
