"The dishwasher is good and cleans well. The cutlery tray at the top is a bit of a faff, if your cutlery has thick handles it won’t slot in the way intended. The addition of the tray means there is less room overall inside - our plates only just fit inside the bottom rack and they are not particularly large. Can’t seem to get chopping boards clean though"

"I love this dishwasher not just because it has an A+++ rating and uses far less water than my previous one, but because it is so quiet...I hardly know it’s going. It leaves all my dishes sparkling clean and now I’ve gotten used to it, I love the cutlery drawer; which means I can fit more dirty dishes on the bottom drawer. The digital panel is easy to navigate too. Overall, I’m delighted with it and think it was good value for money. "

"OK overall but has some things that I didn't realise before buying - On the plus side it does clean well which is the main thing and I think it's really quiet. However on the not so good side, there is no separate traditional cutlery holder / caddy. To sell this as a 15 place setting machine they've moved the cutlery tray to a third drawer at the very top which in my experience doesn't work very well. Although this free's up space for more plates and bowls, the cutlery just doesn't sit right which ever way I try and load it and large knives won't fit, spoons end up moving around and filling with water at the end, small cutlery moves around a lot. It's frustrating and I wouldn't buy one like this again.
On top of that our standard plates where hitting the water arm when in the lower tray so I moved the middle tray up which leaves enough clearance for dinner plates, however, now we can't put glasses and large mugs in the middle tray as they fowl the third upper tray and things in the middle tray get knocked over.
It's not a great design. Moving the middle tray down allows all our glasses and cups to sit fine but of course plates get in the way of the spinning water jet device. Catch 22!
Finally I can't put in large beer glasses, the tall branded type ones because the spikes aren't tall enough to securely hold the long pint glasses.....
These issues aren't enough to send the machine back but I'm not sure I'd buy this model again if it broke! "

"Excellent value for money. We are enjoying the top rack for cutlery more than we thought we would (our previous dishwasher had a basket).
The adjustable racking is great and very versatile, though it doesn't feel as sturdy as our previous model (hence the 4 stars), so we will have to see how it holds up in the long term.
We use the eco wash, which can leave the crockery a bit damp (to be expected), but this doesn't happen on the other settings."

"This dishwasher is easy to use , easy to adjust basket height and cleans like a dream .
Have always had basket for cutlery in past but would highly recommend the tray being a shelf and at the top .
