"I picked this washer dryer out because it mainly had favourable reviews, I had it delivered on a Sunday and by the 2nd wash it had stopped working.
I'd set the machine up as shown on the diagrams so had no issues with the way I'd set it up.
I was advised by AO to speak to Hoover who tried to push that if it was accidental damage I would be charged, no mention of what would happen if it wasn't accidental damage which wasn't helpful.
Got back in touch with AO and they were really good, arranged for it to be switched at the next available time.
When I got the machine for the second time it worked a lot better, at the moment there seems to be negative than positive.
The dryer takes a long time, ranging between 2.5 and 3.5 hours, even drying for that long it isn't completely dry.
Everything comes out extremely creased no matter what cycle you use, even the 14 minute wash needs a good iron.
If the spin is too high it brings my jumpers out in bobbles as well.
On the positive side it washes my clothes quickly.
Overall, positive for AO customer service but try and avoid this machine. "

"After our last washing machine gave out after only 3 years, we did a lot of research to find the best one that would fit our needs, we narrowed it down to this one vs an AEG one which was more than twice the price, we settled for this one and was a great decision, works amazingly, much quieter than our old machine, more energy efficient and actually dries our clothes, now let’s hope it stands the test of time, but seen as though it comes with a free 10 year guarantee on parts, I’m not worried"

"Relatively good machine, does all you expect, not the toughest though so be careful installing it. Had a tough time levelling it off but otherwise a good item. "

"Bought this washer dryer to replace a broken washing machine. This machine has lots more functions and is much quieter. Like the options for shorter wash periods. It does have a delay start but can’t see a need for this one unless someone is on economy 7. "
