"Fab. Really quiet when washing. The only negative I have is that when washing at 60, the quickest time is 1hr 44. No rapid wash at this temperature. "

"Great product so far, washes clothes well without being too rough on them. There are lots of cycle options, some short and some long. There was some assembly involved (requiring a torx screwdriver) but wasn't too difficult. Delivery was very quick and easy. "

"The first one we had was faulty, but between AO and Hoover they replaced the next day. 5 star product but lost hours back and forth with the faulty one. Would recommend this product and know that AO/Hoover will sort any issues "

"I never write reviews, but felt compelled to with this product. Please read before you buy. I have owned this washer dryer for 16 months, with endless problems. Continual error codes within months of purchase. It is noisy, vibrates a lot and does a sub-standard job of drying clothes when it does work. In less than a year the heating element went and started tripping out the electrics in my house. Massively inconvenient over the Christmas period with two small children. The element was replaced by an engineer and I hoped it would be the end of the problems. Within three months it has now started tripping out the electrics again on just simple wash cycles. Again, massively inconvenient during the Coronavirus pandemic and with everybody stuck at home. This is by far the worst electrical appliance I have ever purchased. It is totally acceptable for an appliance to breakdown so quickly. I question the quality control for this product and if there is any. My washer dryer is now out of warranty, so an engineer visit will be costly. Very unlikely I will buy anything Hoover again and quite likely I will be forced to purchase a new washer dryer now."

"The product is fine, my only issues are with how short the drainage pipe is, plus the door fittings. The drainage pipe is only 1 metre, so unless the drainage pipe is right next to the unit then you have to buy an extension, this is shorter than all the other machines standard drainage pipes I've had before, so I've had to purchase an extension. I also don't understand why the door hinges cannot all be fitted at a standard height, so now I have to drill more wholes into my cabinet door to fir the new hinges. Just a couple of annoyances that's all."
