"I replaced my 15 years old vent dryer with this machine so Im comparing with a very old appliance. I was not sure about the heat pump dryer as its a new technology. It supposed to save of electric bills, too early to tell. One of the reasons for this particular model is the 5 year warranty which I thought was a good value combined with the price. The machine looks very posh in against my other appliances :-) I love the window feature and the large door. I had some problems with dryness of laundry at the end of the cottons cycle but after reading the instructions I was able to set it to suit it to my needs. The laundry comes out very soft without needing any conditioners or dryer sheets. Its also not too creased, some items do not even need ironing. Easy to empty the water reservoir. The only critique is the cotton cycle takes over 4 hours but again Im comparing to a very old appliance. Overall I love it! "

"Really happy with this purchase. Experience has shown that a good quality tumble dryer is worth it and this one looks and performs brilliantly. It is far more gentle than previous machines we’ve used and clothes are retaining their shape far better. It’s quicker than expected and the refresh and other short settings are fantastic for just getting creases out. I barely have to iron anything! My experience is that it is pretty quiet but we do have it wedged in. "

The display and controls are really clear and simple to use. The pro sense and absolute care technology is where the magic begins. Convenient condenser and even comes with an extra filter for pet hairs. Hand wash woollens dry to perfection no shrinkage or bobbling.
No as quiet as the matching washing machine, other than that a super efficient,energy saving,smart looking machine."

"This tumble dryer is brilliant for anyone from couples to families. It has a large 9kg drum which is plenty of room to dry a load of washing and it has the technology to sense how damp your washing is plus the quantity of it. Using the Smart Technology means that it can reduce drying time and energy use accordingly which is great especially when you're only drying a small load.
The machine itself is incredibly easy to use. There are plenty of features making it easy to select a drying setting for specific garments. The touch screen buttons can be a little fiddly when selecting a program, push buttons would probably have made choosing certain options easier, but it's in keeping with the modern and sleek design.
I'd recommend this machine to anyone that's regularly washing and drying their clothes because it's brilliant at drying quickly and leaving hardly any creases. Plus it promises not to shrink clothes which is certainly a bonus for maintaining clothes quality."
